Reddington should be open again, anyone in Tucson down to hit the trail on Sunday? Wife is out of town and my truck is finally back together.

Whatever people want to do and whatever we have time for. The only place I've been in Tucson is the back way down Mt. Lemmon, so I don't know the specifics of any of these trails.

Chiva is an all day event. You need some lift, or big tires sometimes sliders. I don't know how your truck is set up that's why I am mentioning those things.

I just looked and they haven't specifically stated that Reddington is open yet. :pout:

I have a small lift, 265/70/17s, no sliders yet, upgraded front skid plate, 4X4. I'm not ready for anything hardcore yet, but easy to moderate is probably fine.

I wouldn't mind a mod day either, it would at least get me out of the house.

So I have a really nice pair of sunglasses I dropped and scratched the lens. Does anyone have experience getting a scratch repaired? Locally or mail.

I ruined two iPhones in water (Pacific Ocean and backyard pool)... Both times I went to the Apple store in Chandler Fashion Mall and they were able to replace it... For between $175 to $250.

There really isn't much they can do because once wet, all kinds of things short out and it it basically fries it.

One of the reasons I went with a Samsung Galaxy S7 (non-explodey kind). The other reason was the external SD card slot. 50 bucks for 128GB 2 years ago. I owned iDevices for almost 10 years and exclusively use Mac desktops at work and at home and I'll never buy one of Apples phones again.

Am I too late to get in on this convo?

I still remeber when the only RTT options were a few select Australian and South African brands and ARB. First one I saw in person was an Ezawn way back at Overland Expo in 2009 and I just about shit myself at the price tag. Back then there was no CVT or Tepui. The cheapest option out there was ARB and even it was over $3000 and still made in Australia.

It's growing, but it's here to stay a long with the "Expo Lifestyle" which is evident by Overland Expos growth since their humble beginnings in a dusty campground parking lot in Amado Az 8 years ago. RTTs are the new standard in not just off-road but camping in general and with tents dipping below $1000 new they're now accessible to pretty much everyone. Just wait till the first ones pop up at Costco or Walmart.
