    Ew...
    Like a well-done transvestite...
If they offered a regular-looking Civic (the new ones are very sharp) without all of the 'boy racer' go-fast plastic bits and horrible interior I'd think it was brilliant. I don't understand why all of the car makers think that the new up-to-11 models need to look so awful. Make it a sleeper, and I bet they'd sell a squillion.

But, there's that old-fashioned thing again. Remember when the only indicators that you'd lined up beside a wild man were a a couple of subtle badges and a different idle? And then WHAM! Green light and they blew your doors off...

It's hideous though. Looks like they tried to integrate a bunch of vatozone "aero" shit onto the car

I'll trade your vette for my crawler and trailer. You can take a bat to it and not care.

    Morning all!

Not enough sun glare from the scoop, so they added a wing...

OH, I KNOW WHY!!! It looks like the wing is on backwards, must be a new type of lift kit that raises the front when at speed!

Isn't block Island kind of small to bother bringing a vehicle?

We rent like 6 condos for the week in a condo complex right on the water. Its about 20-30 of us. I bring all of the food for the week over on the truck and all our fishing rods, boogie boards, etc, and its not near the ferry so we would have to get a taxi all over the place, nevermind trying to get our stuff to the condos. So even though its small we really need the cars there to have everything run smoothly

Makes sense. It's been years since I've been to block Island.

Edit: out of curiosity, what does it cost the load a truck in the ferry?

It is 70 dollars roundtrip just for the car. You have to pay for yourself as well. But in order to get a reservation you have to call the office sometime in late winter when the reservations open up in order to get one. They book up fast, we were on the phone for like two hours waiting to talk to somebody. If not you have to wait for a cancellation im pretty sure because they book up well before the summer even starts.

I would never own a Prius. I hate those god-forsaken vehicles. I'd rock a ricedmout POS civic long before I'd consider owning a Prius. Hate, hate, hate!
