So I picked up a 4500 pound, three phase tablesaw today, it's in a 2000 pound trailer, I did Center the weight over the axles of the trailer, so I can't say what the tongue weight actually is. I have to say no sag at all. Springs barely moved, which amazes me because the ride seems more plush than stock. The thing handles absolutely amazing, does't pull the back of the truck around anymore. So much better with this rear suspension. I'm sure it also has a lot to do with these tires, LT275/70r17 6ply, and the wider track, with the 9 inch wheels with -12 offset. I pulled my boat which weighs about the same, maybe a little more, with the stock TRD OR suspension, it's like night and day. I was entertaining the thought of airbags, but I think anything more than this, will warrant me taking the F350 due to lack of power, nothing else.. Great towing suspension!

Did you do a single AAL or a progressive? If you went progressive did you keep the overload? It looks good.

Single, with new factory leafs, (I had to pay for them, no spring recall on my truck) I took the overload spring out. I added a 3deg shim which is about 5/8".
