Any particular reason you put the wind fairing in the middle setting instead of the lowest setting?

I built the rack before I installed and I wanted some wiggle room during install. I'm gonna move it down to the lowest setting

I did the same thing and it made things a little easier to install. I did drive around for about 5 minutes on the middle setting and it vibrated quite a bit around 30-35 mph. I moved it down to the lowest setting and then it was completely silent, no vibes at all, and looked better to boot. Very happy with this rack.

Oh I know. It would've been easier to cut that one up since I'd just have to shave the sides off since I'm a first gen and a little slimmer than having to cut the cutout on mine

I'm curious what those who have installed the cabrac used as a template for drilling the holes in the rubber weatherstripping.

I just cut the sections out of mine and pieced it back in around it. The only part you can even see if the strip is where it meets the windshield. I tried drilling and that don't work. A punch is your only real option for a good clean cut.

Rustoleum spray on bed liner matches the prinsu pretty closely

Anybody else have this issue? Bolt snapped off in the cross bar. Tried to use an ez out, but no good. Tried to drill and re tap, but also no good with the aluminum & steel making the bit go weird.

I tried emailing Zach, but no response. Only had the rack for a few months.

its a bitch, but yes, you need to drill it out and retap. also, make sure you use lots of antiseize. with this style of rack you need to use it on all hardware that gets screwed into the alu.

If anyone is looking for a bike rack to pair with the Prinsu I can't recommend 1UP USA enough. Rock solid combo.

You need to file the broken bolt flat. Then drill. Otherwise, the drill bit will just wander
