No, I never did one, I just kind of built on this thead. Most of it a couple thousand pages back. Lol. I had quite a lot of problems along the way unfortunately, but with some great advice and comradery from good and knowledgeable people here, I got through and all is good. I would be happy to answer any questions that you would have though:)!

Didn't quite get it yet, but looks like going to be the new 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with premium package! She is confused on which color the bright red or the pearl white. I think she's leaning towards the white now because she's had several red cars in the past. We are actually waiting for a buy back from Hyundai because we have a 2016 Tucson that I am lemoning out because of a dual clutch issue that has been ongoing for a year now.

I bought my daughter a 2016 CX-5 new almost two years ago and it has been flawless. This is the best driving small SUV I have driven. Great car but we have had several recalls and that has been irritating because our local dealer shut down and the closest one is 90 miles. For a woman it is a great car. I also like my son's new Cherokee Trailhawk- no issues at all.

We thought it drove absolutely awesome also. Luckily we have several dealers in our area, so that shouldn't be a problem.

The recalls were mostly nothing (except for the airbag one) but we like the car. I hate the fact that hers didn't have satellite radio despite being a Touring and having the optional Bose system. Satellite also cannot be installed on it aftermarket and that is a Mazda glitch. I'm not sure there is a better small SUV out there.

I vote white. It's time for a white one. LOL.

Thanks for the advice! I'm leaning towards the white also. Think it looks richer, I guess I'll check in the morning and see how many white votes and how many red votes I got here on Tacoma world! LOL. Hey, for all the crap I get for being on Tacoma world so often Maybe she just might get some good use out of me being on here helping her pick out a color! LOL

That cause you can only see her eyes in that one. :p

Red does look nicer though. Think it goes better with the black grille and small fender flares.

In pictures the red does look better but in person that white on the Mazda looks totally different. Having said that I have only owned one white car in my life...

Nah. I took a vacation from that mod after the 1st try opening the headlight up. It jaded me for a while.

I don't run highs or travel at night much so it doesn't bother me. I'm curious if it will reflect any light since it's a tint not full paint. I have Diode Dynamics switchbacks so I'm not concerned about the inner turn signals. I may not even plug those in.
