Thanks @tubbsisland for the suggestion on Omar's window tinting in the other tint thread. Been shopping around and couldn't get an appointment before my trip last week, got back saw your post and decided it seemed like a hell of a good price seeing how I was finding $350-400 for carbon vs your $200 range.

Woke up today got the hair up my ass to give them a call around 10a and just seen how far out of an appointment date I was looking at, guy said he could fit me in today at 3:30p and here I am now waiting for them to finish it up, suntek carbon 5% tears and 18% fronts for $180 +20% for the old front tint removal from the dealer so like $216 range is still a hell of a deal. I'll post pictures later on and see how it turns out but so far so good, and lifetime warranty works great for it.

Friends took me out rock crawling for the first time today. It was a blast but so much damage. I'll pick up this hobby in about 10 years from now.

My wife and I drove to Snowflake today for a lunch time meeting of the Navajo County Sheriff's Office Auxiliary Volunteers that she takes part in. Sheriff Clark and his staff attended. Among other things we learned that the arsonist/shooter that law enforcement has been scouring this area for was located and tracked to his hiding place near Cibecue, a small community not far south of us just below the Rim in Gila County.

As law enforcement closed in the hunted man opened fire on officers and trackers. In the ensuing gun battle he was shot and killed. Fortunately, in his armed confrontations with law enforcement officers and wildland fire fighters, no one else was hurt.

It's nice to know that this ongoing back country crime spree has come to and end and the guy won't threaten anyone again. Kudos to local law enforcement officers who stayed on this guy's trail till they caught up with him, and when he fired at them they put him down for keeps.

    Update:
Ended up being $200 flat very happy with overall look of it, will give it a few days in the sun for all the streaks and bubbles to go away but overall would suggest them to anyone else needing there tint done.

As I drove home of course I did notice they trimmed the back window the flat edge against the middle slide out a little to short, so at the right angle you can see a bit of non tinted window, of course this is going to bother me so I'll let the rest of the tint dry and make sure there is no issues, and head In for it to be replaced, but yah not a big deal.

Do a review in a few weeks. That's a good price. If its better than here in Tucson I might have to get it done next time I am in phoenix

Well according to there website when I looked at it this is part of there July special pricing, so after the sale I don't know what they normally charge, so it may be worth it to fit it in July, or call and see what the price jumps too, but they do use suntek tint and I'd suggest getting there carbon tint:

I was just there yesterday. 5% front, 18% rear carbon. $200 with two window tint removal.

Finally installed @Techoma awning I picked up a few weeks ago.

Nice man, did you mean 5% rear and 18% front? Or did you really do it the other way.

Way too dark. Makes it too damn hard to see at night. I'm only 35% over factory tint in the front and 15% rear and I gotta run with my windows down if wheeling at night so I can see side to side if drifting around corners. Dark enough that you can't see inside at night and does its job to keep it cooler during the day.

Yah but the malls have the lamp post lighting so makes it easier to see, with that dark you would just have to be worried about Phoenix malls, no lighting and just sketchy as fuck, you need to be able to see the people trying to break into the back seat.

I had 20% up front and it wasn't enough for me. I'm not sure what the 35% over factory in the front would be. Mine looked pretty clear. The 18% in the rear would be similar to yours.
