In a pinch, you can use Doritos.

 

I use the gas side burner on my grill, works perfectly.

 

That's what I use. Good for lighting fires and for snacking. Can't eat newspaper, or shouldn't

 

Did these two 3 lb'ers. Rubbed with kosher salt and put them back in the fridge for 4 hours. Reverse seared them and the ended up like this. Super juicy at med, med well.


That's a 12"x9" pan.

Picked up a dozen of sweet corn, soaked it and grilled it, was good.

I rarely have Doritos anymore. 99.999% of the time, I use oil in paper towels.

 

Doritos are the debil, they left my diet a long time ago, soda as well, haven't had soda in 3 years at least

As for starting fires, damn i'm an idiot, i'm in the "charcoal" zone, didn't even occur to me to use the LP grill side burner

Yup, I tried it the other day after Carey told me about him using his. Worked great!

 

It's the only crap snack food I allow myself. Gotta have the "hey, that's na cho cheese!" dust. Healthier than Cheetos anyway, barely.

 

It was a natural choice for me after using paper one time.

Easy as hell. Leave it on 4-5 minutes, done.

But what about those cheese poof balls at Sam's in the huge clear barrel.

 

I quit sodas about 7 years ago. I started mountain biking and it didn't make sense to burn 3000 calories in a ride and then drink that much in sodas before the next ride.

 

Hmm... must-resist-must-keep-control. I'll pretend you never brought it up.

 

I've been known to bring the barrel to the couch with me.
