I am running a stock TRD PRO now with factory wheels and tires. Soon I will replace them with:
    - Black Rhino Hammer 18x9 -12 wheels
    - 275x65x18 tires.
How far will the tires stick from the fenders?
Is there a web page to calculate the "look" of the new setup?

Your stock rim is only 7 inches wide so add I inch for rim and another Inch or so or tire. Maybe 3 inches at most but I am not sure on the -12 backspacing. That may give you another couple of inches. Best I can do for ya.

Looking to get about 1.5 in sticking out. Should I get -6 or 0 offset?

Here is the website that will give you the info. when entering the info, remember the Pro rims have a different offset/back spacing to all others.

Your new wheels will sit out 62.4mm (~2.5") more than the stock wheels. Take a tape measure or ruler and measure out to see where your wheels will sit.

I used to use that calculator...
Here's a link to a better one that takes into account tire poke and wheel poke, as they are not always the same. And, I believe you used the Offroad offset; Pro is +13mm.
So, tire poke is 1-3/16", wheel poke is 2".

I want to add, this calculators backspace is short 1/2", as it does not take into account rim width vs wheel width.

I have 275/65/18 with -12 offset. I'd take a better picture but truck is being held per recall. If I get it back soon I can take a better shot. Hope this helps
Fyi I was afraid of to much poke but in my opinion it's just enough IMG_0912.jpg

I personally do not but I do not have an aggressive tread pattern like the MT tires do. And I also have not installed upper control arms so that may push the tire back some also. I'm putting 285/70/17 Toyo Mt tires on this spring coming up I will be doing new UCA's and cab mount chop as a precaution.. much of the whole will my tire rub questions depend a lot on what type of driving you do if your only on pavement you will clear a larger tire than some one that is flexing his suspension.. hope this helps.

Trimmed the front air diffuser on the sides, removed the front mud flaps and trimmed a small piece of the fender flares (you can't tell they are trimmed). Also installed a 1 inch spacer up front. Rear clears at full flex. Otherwise no rubbing.
