I've got a backlog of work around my own house already! I haven't even started on firewood yet this year, the garden's a weed bomb, the lawn hasn't been mowed in weeks...
We've been going out in the boat every chance we get, which means none of the chores get done!

Where are you in Mass, again?

 

I know, I have the same problem and am adding projects onto the chores I'm already ignoring!

I'm 10-15 minutes north of Gillette Stadium.

 

Burlington to Hopkington is going to SUCK at 5. Your best bet is 62west, 126 to route 9 to either 495 or 85

Ya there's a few all surface road routes I've found. Plus 495 to rt 3

 

Oi. That's a 3 hour trip one way. If you were closer I'd probably say 'Okay' to lending a hand, but that's a haul

 

Rob @mach1man001 this has probably been asked 1000x, I think I've even asked it before. But how often do you guys get OE alloys in? If I get commuter tires I'd keep my bfgs for wheeling by and best case get a set of OE alloys for the lame commuter meats.

The taco ones have less offset than fj/ t4r ones

 

I get wheels all the time. Hard thing to do is get a get of them off of the same car. Usually at least one of them get taken out in the crash that landed them here. Let me know when your going to do it and I'll take a look

 

I've got a set of 16" TRD Off Road alloys available now, lug nuts, tires and TPMS included. These ones:

 

Only the 2nd gen. 1st gen wheels have more offset. My 1st gen wheels will be up for sale soon. CHEAP!

 

Yeah, you're good distance away just to come lend a hand with a fence install! I'll call in the reinforcements locally. When I got married, I inherited 2 brothers so I'll probably see if they can lend a hand when it comes to stretching the fabric. For the holes, I'll rent a machine so I'll bang that part out quickly and will set the posts myself also. I'm sure the fabric gets cumbersome to handle by yourself though.

 

Yeah, the weight isn't killer but it's bulky as hell so it can be tough to wrangle solo. When I was installing it I lugged them around with a tractor.

 

Question for you peeps.

I'm not very handy, so not really looking to do an oil change myself. My free stealership oil changes are up, so going to go to a different place.

A girl I work with, her husband is the manager at the local Jiffy Lube. I like to support businesses of people I know that either own it, or run it.

Thoughts on Jiffy Lube? Good place? Bad place? Etc?

 

Jiffy Lube? Bad, very very bad!

 

I've found that Jiffy Lube can really be hit or miss, depending on the location and the people working there the day/time you bring your vehicle in. When I lived in VA, I always went to Jiffy Lube because the people who worked at that one in particular, were great. When I lived in Albany, no way in hell I'd go there because they were run by high schoolers and there were a LOT of horror stories.

 

Hmm... why so? Bad experience?

 

Good point. I might give it a shot and see how it goes, and then go from there.
