    I tried buying the floor mats (front and rear) on Amazon after the good reviews on here. First order I placed was June 19th with 2-3 day shipping. They didn't show up for 3 weeks so I called customer service. They placed a 1 day shipping on a new order and waived the delivery fee. That was last wednesday and they still haven't shipped. I called and talked to Amazon again today. They told me they don't have them in stock and don't know when they would be shipped. Even though the second order was marked for 1 day shipping, it will never get fulfilled and they would never have notified me it's not available, I would have just waited forever. :mad:

    Anyway, if you want Aries mats, buy from a seller other than the Aries/Amazon fulfilled account.

    I love Amazon, but their shipping has really slipped lately. Several times recently I have specified free 2 day shipping (I have Prime) and the item didn't even ship until a week later.

    I have Prime as well, that's why I bought from them. I care more about the fact they don't tell you it's not in stock moreso than the shipping time. The issue is inventory control, UPS is usually fine.

    I inquired about this a while ago and they said the only thing they stand behind for two day shipping is the stuff that is fulfilled by Amazon, LLC. They started allowing other partners to list things as prime and they are only required to get it to you within two days of it shipping. Whenever that is.

    Now for the OP his states it is coming from Amazon.com so he has a genuine bone to pick. If you fuss about it they will add a month or two to your prime account.

    This is "shipped and sold by Amazon". That's why I posted the screenshot. It's not an Aries problem, it's an Amazon problem.

    Ares 3D mats are awesome, got them in my 07. For the price compared to Husky, WT, they can't be beat. Very easy to install. Only problem I've had is parking break pedal getting caught up sometimes on the mat.

    The Aries floor mats are awesome - I've had them in two vehicles...

    From what I understand from the last time I ordered them (from Autoanything), they are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer - and they tend to stay right on new orders with no stock built up. My set for the Tacoma took about a month and a half to arrive - worth the wait though.

    Now that you mention it - the last set I ordered was 3D Max... I think they are the American arm of the Aries brand.
