    I can tell you there is no comparison in quality between McNeil and roadrunner.

    The McNeil ones are at least 2x as thick. Prep work? All I did on the fenders and bedsides was drill on the marks. I had to trim two spots but did it after the install on two hidden sections. Maybe 1/4" square.

    They look stupid but fit well. :rofl:

    If anyone cares
    I ordered a set of roadrunners,
    They showed up and I was extremely unhappy with the quality, bubbles and cracks along with a multitude of other cosmetic issues that made me feel they were not worth my time.
    Making contact with roadrunner from the beginning has been through text messages (their idea not mine). And response times were iffy at best although the lady is very polite and did her best (I imagine)

    I filed a PayPal claim and requested a refund. They contacted me this morning asking for an explanation of my desire to get a refund. After sending all my pictures to them of the flaws and "damage" she agreed to give me a full refund once I sent her a picture of the fenders cut in half so that I didn't get a refund and then use them anyway.
    I got them cut in half and sent the picture at around 1800 Kentucky time.
    I have not received a response since
