My wife made curtains for our son's bedroom. I hung them up for her.

I installed 3 solar screens on the windows for my breakfast nook.

I think my son is going to take after me.

Have you considered using a GFCi breaker for your lighting and fan circuit? Less convenient to reset, but will provide the needed protection.

I have thought about it and still might, however I have everything I need to make it work as drawn in the diagram. May seem ridiculous for just the low cost of a breaker, but I've been throwing so much money into this remodel - nickel and dimed to death as well as the GF moving in so she has input on finishes $$$ - that I'd like to make due with what I have (as long as it's safe).

Your wiring diagram looked to be all in order to me; as long as you have the bathroom outlet(s) on GFCI and any fan or light within the shower area also on the LOAD side of the GFCI you're good. <-- as far as my understanding of the NEC

Your local electrical inspector may say otherwise...

Thanks! If you look at the table in my original post Branch Circuit #2 is 20A dedicated to the receptacles (total of 5), the first of which will be a GFCI.

The only thing that will be in the shower is 1 fan vent (the other will be over the toilet). The fan is an in-line unit and is rated for this application as long as it's GFCI protected, hence the diagram (which is Circuit #3)

The wife wanted a cowboy charcoal grill and she wanted a little patio area. I know the pavers aren't perfect and i plan to level them better this fall after the weather cools off but this will work for now.

You might want to change the direction of downspout and divert away from your patio and stone.

That's the plan for a later date but as you can see I also added a rain barrel to catch the majority of the rain before it goes out the downspout. Been busy installing new ceiling shelves in the garage so i can actually get in there to work but the temperature in the garage can be a little bit unbearable and after getting up in the attic i think its due to no insulation in the ceiling above the garage so i am in the process of putting in some insulation.

Picked up 2 Anderson 400 Series D/H windows at HD (they stocked the exact size I needed) along with screens. And got a jump on things by pre-painting the pre-primed western red cedar grooved shakes. Windows will be installed late Aug/early Sept.

I put down some insulation a couple hours ago and i can already feel a difference in the garage. i only got one package of insulation batt http://www.homedepot.com/p/Johns-Ma...-Insulation-Batt-23-in-x-93-in-K292/100317865 from home depot and put that down and gotta get one more pack and put that down tomorrow morning before it gets too hot in the attic. You can see where they stopped putting down the blow in insulation and left it bare above the garage

@LiquidDragon - I did the same and it does make a huge difference. It is 101f outside right now and my garage is in the high 70's. Takes a little work but the insulation is fairly cheap. Good investment!

Wife starts school in August. So half the basement is the WomanCave.. her side had no outlets for anything. So i just wired in 2 outlets and built a "hang from celing shelf" (basement isnt finished and i didnt want to put any more holes in the concrete walls) so that we could put some storage things up and out of the way.

GFCI breakers aren't cheap. Last one I bought was over $100:eek: But, between safety and code requiring it, bit the bullet and did it.
