I just went back and re-watched Brian's video from their finals at Veloce, and it just doesn't do it justice for how much fun it really is. Even the impact in his video doesn't show you the force it actually is when you wreck.
Here it is again for anybody who missed it:

If you do I'll stab you with it. Really, I don't need it...I just had to cut my shmellfab one to work with my bed supports and now it flexes more than I want it to and has hit my shell a few times. I'd still have to cut that BAMF one but it would at least have connection to the two bolts closer to the tailgate to prevent flex.

Foolish is the young man who doubts an old man's prowess at a young man's game.

Not to take away from Brian's skills, I'm sure he has plenty of track time in other venues too. Aside from that you're probably right, driving a go-cart is soooo much more tasking than low level flying an armed helicopter in combat... :smack:

lol I didn't mean me, I just meant Brian would have won. Also my coworker Martin. It was based on 4 things I noticed last night, in this order:

    1. Experience with those karts/track (Brian clearly has the edge and placed 1 or 2 each race)
    2. Body Weight (Brian and Martin were easily the lightest two there, except the females maybe, and they were in the top 3 the whole time)
    3. Go Kart (Some had "all terrain" like tires, and those that rode in those said they were way better, and race to race my kart was different on handling and whatnot)
    4. Driving Skill (this is near the bottom of importance because even our most skilled drivers like Andrew weren't winning, and I'm not experienced but I KNOW how to race)

so, therefore, I wouldn't put my money on Rob...sorry bud.
