Not sure if there would be the correct size available. But several companies make A/C hard line repair unions. You cut the line and use a compression union fitting to repair. I've used them for temporary fixes but never ended up needing to replace the line. Just a thought.

I drive the wife's Ram and my Runner seems solid. Crazy the difference in build quality.

Does anyone with a 3rd gen know how to reset or turn off the alarm without a fob? I can't start it and I've tried several different methods I've looked up, including pressing the switch by the drivers side kick panel. I just want to drive it :(

Haha that's funny. I finally found the fuse for the alarm though so we're all good. I'll have to get a new fob though before I connect it back up. Never had nothing be more of a pain that's for sure

No experience with those. However the way AC actually works is by changing orifice size( causing a psi change) you cause a temperature change. There is only one place that is supposed to happen and it's at the thermal expansion valve. If that "filter" causes a restriction then you will get icing up of the line at that point and it won't cool properly. Now you have the official answer as to why I wouldn't do it. Unofficially it's up to you lol.
    How much is the line?

Feel Bad. The Coilovers I sold were way more beat than I thought. Sending a partial refund to cover huge rebuild cost.

I'm a bad seller. Don't buy from me...

Shafts and seals were totally f'ed up. Head damage, scored, gouged.

With all the shit that has been going on lately, I honestly just didn't pay enough attention to them when selling them. At least it can all be fixed.

Nah it's a friend. I said they need to be rebuilt, but not a crazy expensive rebuild. Refunding the amount to bring them down to what I expected them to have to pay.

No dude I didn't expect it to be that bad. Was my bad. Not worried about refunding them, just feel bad for selling such beat up shit without paying attention to how beat up they were haha.

    It's all good now.
