That would be an awesome trip though! might need need 2 days dedicated to just driving though (playing it safe), only spots i can think of you can actually get some decent speed at is Ocotillo.

I'll plan to take Friday off so I can get up there by check-in at 2:00. However, I can wait and leave later if needed. If you want to tacovan up there let's find a place to meet up. Any other San Diegans down to caravan up to San G? @Tombiology70 @eccracer104 @desertjunkie760 @MadTaco461

Jus for clarification, this is a Friday and Saturday event yes? Check in Friday (assuming after 2ish) and leave Sunday before noon or so?

We pay for 2 nights and head back Sunday? I'm just thinking, with enough pre plan. If a decent group can get the Friday off we could plan the route up. We would have to leave early though. Like 6AM Friday. Who has Cali Maps to look at?

Pretty sure mike got spot 19 for friday and saturday night. I don't know many trails from SD to the 10 freeway, but anything after that i can navigate. But again thats like a 2 day excursion to actually enjoy it. Jamming through all that on a friday sounds like a shit show to me. If i'm going i'll probably just take the freeway and get up there early friday to hike and chill out

Hey... sorry Brian. Looks like I'm splitting a site with Hagen. Hope you find someone to share your spot with. Thx for offering.

Fair point, maybe I got a little excited on the idea. I'd read really have to look at a trail map to see how far and if it's even possible. Realistically in a time pinch like that even a small issue could prolong the trip.

Maybe cut the original idea and go from the 10 up?

No worries. Given the work you put in on my truck on Sunday I don't expect you to pay me.

Let me know your plans. I'm only going up on Friday if there will be day wheeling or fishing or something. Don't want to go up just for the night.
    You're ghey.
Not about those hard trails and breakin shit haha. I prefer the mellower things in life man. :rasta:
