I can hear your cv axles and ball joints screaming from here.

In all seriousness. Loose the 3" spacer ASAP.

If you're adding a bumper a spacer is not the way to retain your lift. Again, the spacer moves your shock. Which in turn moves your shock travel. By adding a 3" spacer you shift the shock travel down 3" which means that you loose up travel because the shock will run out of travel when you compress it sooner than when it didn't have the spacer.

If you want to retain your lift after adding a bumper/winch/skids/whatever. The best way is to change your spring rate. In other words, new or different coils.

Seeing as you have 5100s adjustment isn't super easy, yet another pro to having full adjustable extended travel coilovers. 5100s do have adjustment though and you can pre compress the coils you have to make up for it.

If you're on stock coils, you're screwed. You need beefier coils such as OME 882s or 883s.

Hey... I'm not ready to drop more money on the truck .... but daydreaming .... what will be the nicest coils and suspensions parts to put on this DC cab KEEPING SAME HIGH and make the ride even SMOOTHER..... I don't want any lift since too many issues lifting a truck, I want to keep it bone stock , just smooth, not a fan of rock climbing or heavy off road, nothing like that, just 95 % city , and with the TRD 4wd should be good for 5% going out off road eventually.

    Thanks in advance .

Get some Kings up front and make sure this NO preload on them. Will ride awesome. Mine were like that for a long time. Was like a cadilac. Smoother then when i added preload that is for sure.

Rear is a bit more challanging. Wheelers sells some 4 packs or 5 pack leaf springs and getting rear shocks valved for comfort by king or some other maker like that would be very easy through DSM.

    ...no
