    COOL!!!
It sounds as though Toyota must have thrown in the towel--or moved to deal with the appeals as a separate matter...

question the frame inspection. would it be to the dealer benefit to say yes the frame needs replaced , or will they want to say no it does not qualify for replacement ?

seems the dealership has a lot of power, to say yes or no i had a independent frame inspection and they said the whole frame should be replaced.

The dealer benefits from the frame replacements. The service manager kept telling me they get a lot of money for doing the replacement.

I would believe so, I was told they just got the go ahead today. They're going to take in the vehicles and determin if the frame is bad. If the frame is bad they will give you a rental. The service manager told me they arnt ordering the frames yet as well. Don't know what that is supposed to mean..... He's giving me a call back tomorrow to set me up an appointment, as soon as I know what the deal is Will post it on here.

Dropped the truck off. They have to take pictures of the damage on the frame, send it to toyota and then toyota will give the dealer the green light.

I'm going to the dealer Friday but idk what's going on because they did an inspection on March so I'm not sure if it's valid or they have to do another one but thanks for the info.

Im not sure, i don't even know how he has a memo. In order for me to get a rental and for them to order my frame they have to send in pictures to toyota corp first. The frame replacement program is different from the last one per service manager.
