They're the toyota oem ones, they attach to the bed rail cleat

 

I have a Yakmia Swingdaddy bike rack, 2" hitch mount, holds 4 bikes, and it inlcudes QTY 2 of teh top tube adapters for all teh enduro/downhill guys. Excellent working shape, lost the lock key but that's easy to sort out, works great but a bit scuffed up and used.
