oh for sure... I understand that... that's why I'm hoping my 17x8 w/ a +5 offset keeps it where it needs to be.... time will tell though!

interesting, they got decent reviews in for snow as well... time will tell with this as well haha.... I will say... if they suck, I'll take em off and sell em and probably buy my 2nd choice which is the Mastercraft Courser MXTs

Oh ok. Thought it couldnt be NoVA. Personal property taxes should be a crime at what they charge.

Someone needs to give you a high-five...with a chair....in your face...

I am going to pay a midget to ring your doorbell, and then he is going to punch you in the nutts....and say "YOU KNOW WHY" then all will be right in the world.

does anyone have baja design fogs?

put my bumper on today and went to clip them up but the connectors or supplied harness doesnt work with the factory foglight clip. is there another harness? i see there is an extension with the fog light package, but i dont see anywhere i can find it.

electrical always makes me nervous, and i wouldnt want to cut off a connector if i dont need too. if its as simple as cut and butt connect that i can handle.

pizza being delivered by a midget makes me happier than it should....

    Good morning Gents :pccoffee:

so good news, someone is buying the ARE topper from me tonight for $400!

    so here is my debate.....

    Option 1:
I can sell the bestop, and take the money from each and buy a KBVoodoo tall rack

    Option 2:
keep the bestop, and put that $400 into other stuff, (Cali Raised, or Rago ditch lights, Baja Designs Squadron sport fogs for the Demello bumper, Superflow MV50 air compressor, ARB EZ deflator, and a hi lift)

    everyone's thoughts?

I guess that would depend on you really.

Option 2 seems like more your speed unless you plan on using the tall rack immediately. Me personally I would go with option 1 and get everything in option 2 during group buys, but that requires a lot more patience.

I'd say sell it all and get the rack! You want it for hauling kayaks, right? Is that the only thing? If that's the case there are much cheaper options, also freeing up money to buy more things.

I dont mind being patient with the little things... and I would be using the tall rack immediately.... although I dont want an RTT, I would like somewhere I can put a Rotopax, hi lift, and recovery boards w/out using up space in my bed....

I want a rack for a few reasons mentioned above, and yea, eventually kayaks, but I also have a canoe right now that it would be used for fairly often.

Id say go wirh option 2...if you sell the ARE cover for 400 and the bestop for whatever, at most your gonna get just enough to pay for the voodoo rack, you may even have to add money to it. Buy everything else and wait to see if you can make the rack from @Coot83 work with the bestop first. If your still getting that rack that is.

Ah, then definitely get the rack!! That way when it comes times to buy other smaller things, you can properly mount them and do it right the first time.
