Just a few pics of the prototypes Ben has developed ! My bed rack will be ready in a week or so! They will be in full production soon! They are built from aluminum ! Weight was a big concern for Ben ! 45lb's 62lb with the hydraulic doors with aircraft latches !
The cab rack weighs in at 30lb.
Ben is leaving his bare for the time being so people know it's aluminum !
    Mine will come powder coated

Thumbnail brought me here. Couldn't find it one their website, but how much for that setup, if you don't mind me asking? Bed and roof rack? Or can I rightfully assume it's one of those "if you have to ask..." sort of deals?

No not at all there very reasonably priced !! I was shocked .
    The bed rack is $800-1000
Doors will run 300 for a pair
    Cab rack is 500-600
Look this up at Dissent86 it's under his thread titled modular bed rack over softopper.

The prices are in line with and under all the other racks out there.
And these are by far in my opinion both unique and much better thought out

I'm probably not doing a softopper under but if you do. The sides and back roll up easily !

    I am liking this Fish.
Thing I like best about this group. We all have the little issues, pains and various things going on. But we still show up. Still give it our best.
I worry about the kids today.

    Morning
Going to be a sticky next few days.
    Hazy, Hot, Humid.
Was going to go for a bike ride last night but walking out of the garage
caused me almost to have an asthma attack.
The one problem with ac is the punch in the face as you walk outside.
Been years since I felt that.
Any who, had to do comeback work yesterday. You tell the newbies to ask questions and they don't
causes lots of problems. Had to replace 2 hub bearings in a taco from the previous day.
Makes someone shit them selves after going around a corner and you have no brakes.
We are buried with air bag recalls. Dam they can't build cars to work on.
Having to pull the entire dash, pillars, console, and cleaning out the fuckin cars cause people are pigs really sets me back...

    Morning everyone.

@Tacoma Mike, yes - I recall that there's absolutely nothing worse than having to work on an interior repair in a pig pen. There's a person that just retired, where I work, that had garbage in her Jeep. Literally, garbage... So, much that it she had a hole to sit in to drive. The stench was awful and she was the factory janitor. She needed repairs on the Jeep, took it into the dealer, and they told her no.
