Nova is seriously as expensive as Hawaii..... it is insane... the only thing cheaper here is shipping from online vendors, and groceries..... everything else is comparable.

I need to kit my stuff up similar with the emergency items. What sort of seat covers are you looking into? I think @Superman910 has some cool looking seats with stiching that I have been thinking about. As far as your storage bins for behind the seats, would be cool to see what options you are considering.

Can you upgrade the speakers individually or do they need new supporting equipment to do that like stronger wiring and such? Im a noob when it comes to sound, but there are times when I wish my speakers could kick a little more ass.

 

The speakers shouldn't be too difficult, I just plan on matching the front speakers to the Kenwood head unit and some basic kickers in the back speakers.

I want to be able to secure/lock my AR15 behind the back seats out of sight.

 

Im just speculating, but I assume Nova always loses when it comes to tax increases? I hope you guys win as metro is retarded with their spending...atleast from an infrastructure point of view.

 

And its only going to get worse in the next 3/5 years with expected property tax to grow 5 plus % and sales tax to go up by as much as 3% and the new toll rates are going up in 17/18/19 and 20 and with the addition of the new toll on 66 were fucked!

 

yep..... I couldnt afford the kind of house I wanted here in VA... hence the move to WV.... and I am lucky, I dont have to take any tolls or 66 to get to work in Reston

You are about right on NOVA as they are way behind on what is really need as the can has been kicked down the road for years.

The silver line would have been much more efficient had they gone with light rail or rapid bus service. With metro there is the cost of maintenance and the inevitable single tracking due to flavor of the week parts breaking.

I will however take the increase in the sale of my home so I can finance my move out of here.
