Speaking of smokers...planning to fire mine up this weekend. Throwing on a pork shoulder and some bacon. I'm going to try out something new, bacon popsicles. I'm going to smoke the whole slab and finish it with a glaze of bourbon, butter, brown sugar, chili powder and red pepper flakes. depending on how much of that glaze I have, the pork shoulder may get some too.

 

I still have my pork shoulder in the freezer.
