Shane... I'm with you. I have the app but have not had the time to get fully functional with it. Greg @goblue82 used it on our Idyllwild trip this spring and it looked pretty dope. It would be great if we could get Greg or someone else who is well versed in the functionality to give us a demo/tutorial.

Not sure he is on the Forum, his name is Angel, really nice guy. Did a bunch of stuff on his truck over the last couple years..

Came out PERFECT, we can dial in the final height once we get the armor on and the springs settle to get it level if it needs any adjustment. Ill DL some pics from my phone to throw up here in a bit! Truck came out awesome!

I've installed probably 15 sets of those, no complaints and have some good adjustability as well due to the multiple ball joint mounting options, yes a uniball is stronger but this is completely sealed which is a nice feature as well. They seem pretty beefy and well built.
As said before Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road also has great prices and amazing customer service so you may want to check into that if those are the arms you are going with, as well as leaf springs, and other suspension components.

Do you have California Trail map to use with it or just Lead Nav?

I bought the lifetime subscription to California Trail Map. Now just need to learn how to best use them together.

I just got an iPad so I can put leadnav on it. Been using my android for the last few years.

California trail maps is just an offline map with trails on it.

I have an iPad mini that I never use. Going to use that as my dedicated NAV device.

You do need about 30 gigs of memory for the full CA trail maps file. I have the 16 gig Ipad and it doesnt have enough space for it.
You will also need a GPS hardware plug-in so it can read your location when your off phone data.

It's a little small on a 5" phone screen. Ipad mini is the perfect size. My phone is 64GB and my ipad is 128GB. I only load up the map I'm using which is about 4 GB.

Hmmm... Mine is a 32 gig ipad so probably not enough memory to download the entire file. Can you specify just certain locations to minimize the download? Also, what type of plug in for GPS? Does it plug into the lighting charger port?

Just set it on your dash and charge it up once a week or before a trip.

An old android phone is about the cheapest way to do it using locus maps. All you'll need to buy is the trail map or download it from someone.

Do you need a GPS hardware plug in for your iPad or does GPS work with LeadNav as is?

This is basically for the wifi ipads. You just connect through bluetooth. I haven't bought one yet, but it pretty much just works in the background. Can use it with every device so you don't heat it up like crazy from the built in GPS.

If you have a wifi ipad you will need it.
