    Wow, rip off city

Engine air filter ( oem) is $15 (aftermarket for about $10) and will take you all of 3 minutes to do with no tools

Cabin air filter will cost you about $6 and will take you another 3 minutes to do with no tools

Fuel injection service, just buy a bottle of fuel injector cleaner and put it in your next tank of gas

Throttle body service, just open it up and wipe it down with some throttle body cleaner. Probably like $5 and about 15 minutes time.

Not sure on the other stuff but I am sure there are Youtube Videos on how to do it yourself. Never pay dealer rape charges.

@Tcomaboy thanks for the quick response, just saw a tutorial video on the filter. I think I should be able to do it.

Most people would go to jail raping others like that, but car dealers call it service.

I am surprised they did not try to sell you a "brake cleaning service".

All pretty easy jobs ... the air filter is $21 here from The dealership . 5 minute job literally to do yourself !

Cabin filter is easy as pie literally 5 minutes probably

Fuel injector service just pour a bottle of Techron in your next fill up ..$10

And throttle body is probably a $6 can of cleaner and 1/2 hour of your time maybe

    Don't goto the dealer lol

57 bucks for an air filter???? What are these people smoking that are buying this? I remember when an old buddy took his g35 to the dealer for service and they got him for 900 bucks for an oil change, belt and a battery. I laughed my ass off for hours and told him for 900 bucks I would've did the belt battery and oil change and washed his car in a bikini.

If the truck has no fuel delivery symptoms, the last 2 are wasted money. With that said, i think you can handle the 1st 2 and enjoy keeping your money in your pocket.

No too much $. Get one and replace it yourself.

    cab air filter $97.00

No too much $, Get one at Walmart for 10 bucks and do it yourself.

    Fuel injection serv $159.97

No, not needed unless you live in a third world country. Run a bottle of Techron through the gas tank.

    Throttle body serv $159.87

No, Search here there is a how to somewhere and do it yourself.

All of these are very easy and cheap to do yourself or not needed at all like the injector service ripoff.

Sadly many times it's the elderly that get talked into this crap, especially little old ladies. The service advisor usually goes through the list so fast that the customer can't even remember most of it, so they just say "well, if you think it needs to be done, go ahead".

The other option you have is get reusable engine and cabin filters and you're set for life, or at least many, many miles.
    https://www.amazon.com/VF2005-Cabin-Air-Filter/dp/B00NEL6ONO

    https://www.amazon.com/AEM-28-20281...0553242&sr=1-1&keywords=Aem+Tacoma+air+filter

The cabin filter made a big difference in my ac output and since I replace it at least twice a year if I keep my truck for more than 2 years it'll be worth the extra expense. Same with the engine air filter.
