What I learned about Jerry cans when searching for them, you want to make sure the pinch weld is rolled over in the seam. You don't want it peaked, kinda like our truck's pinch weld.

If the weld sticks up, it's a sign that they're knock offs and/or cheaper made. Honestly, was tough finding good jerry cans. Think I got mine during a free shipping run and paid less than $30 each. Would've been $23 each if I was a Club member on SG.

    I gotta re-do mine. Again.

Got scratched all to hell at RRG trip. Backed into a bank and got stuck, buried the rear bumper and packed all 4 tires with mud.
That's what I get for being nice and moving out the way for winch trucks to help recover someone lol! I needed a light tug and then I came right out!

I like the wavian ones from Amazon. Had mine since 2013. No issues so far. Needs a little paint touch up though.

@riz_atx , for the future, some jerry can holders rely on the 3 handles on top of the can to keep them secure. My water can has one, and as such, the holding bar can move around.

Good to know. I will be mounting these in the dual jerry can holder from C4 Fab. Guess I will find out soon enough :) I drilled some holes in the face of that jerry can mount to attach a 10lb propane tank mount from powertank as well.

Not mine, but will be the same. This is from C4 Fabs web site

So my car (I had when I got married) is what the wife drives to work. It's a 2007 Civic SI. I work from home so I drive the truck to keep miles off it, plus the Civic gets great gas mileage. The AC has had some issues for over a year, but mostly worked ok and my wife didn't complain about it.

Well, the lock actuator went out, so I took it down the street to a place my buddy recommended when he lived in the neighborhood. They specialize in AC repair. Nice folks. Fixed the door lock and did some stuff to AC but it still wasn't right. Took it back and they did some other shit. It blows consistently now, but only blows cold air before the engine warms up.

I had to drive it last Friday and immediately took it back and dropped it off. They were extremely apologetic for it not being right and the guy said he was embarrassed it wasn't fixed the first two times. I like this place and we can survive with one car for a while.

I've called everyday this week and they had no updates. Today, the head mechanic calls and says one of his guys had an "oopsie," which is a dumb word, plus, I didn't want to hear that. I wanted it to be fixed because my wife took the truck out of town today and won't be back until Saturday.

Guy said it was currently at the Honda dealer because one of his guys fried the computer when he touched it with a 12 volt probe instead of the ground probe. I don't know what that means, nor do I care. He isn't sure when it will be back from Honda and then he still has to figure out the AC issue.

I'm pretty easy going and forgiving, and I was frustrated with the problem not being solved, but now I'm very frustrated.

They did give me a loaner, though. Both of our vehicles are manual, I've never owned an automatic, and I've never driven a car with the friction point so early. I stalled out immediately. You release the clutch about an 1/8 of an inch and hit the gas. Never seen anything like it. IMG_0335.jpg Oh, the drivers side window doesn't roll down and the drivers side door won't lock.
