1" square tube frame for the box, with 14ga metal sheets for the cladding. The paint is:

    Inside box:
Rustoleum (RE) Self Etching Primer (1 coat)
    Duplicolor Bedliner (2 coats)

    Fenders:
Rustoleum (RE) Self Etching Primer (1 coat)
    Duplicolor Bedliner (3 coats)

    Outside box:
Primer - RE Self Etching primer (1 coat)
Base - RE Camo flat paint - Color = Sand (2 coats)
Stripes are masked and painted with RE 2x cover enamel (2 coats per stripe)
Clear - RE Clearcoat (2 coats)

The corners are aluminum I bought at Tractor Supply and painted black, and screwed to the corners to clean up the welds.

I siliconed all the corners to help keep water from getting in hard to reach places.

Looking good man, still towing straight? I think @Overkill07 is coming by the weekend of the 29th to knock out his Cab mount chop so we can do the tailgate no problem

Tows as good as it did before, and that's a compliment.

Not hard at all, cut then weld the piece in. You have to stitch it or you'll set the bushing aflame

@fajitas21 Is that some kind of foam padding under the front of the box?

It's actually a 40mil shower liner from home depot. I used it to shim the box and ensure it was snug. That stuff is designed for a shower floor and is waterproof.

Yea my father in law was carrying the 4wheeler to the trailer while I shot that pic. And thanks, it's mine personally, but as much work as Chris, Warren, Jake and the others have done on it, it's pretty much a community project.

Trailers looking good! If you were closer I'd say come to Bridgeport saturday, some of us from DFW are going to the night run. I'd come to Gilmer but the night run sounds like to much fun!

Thanks for the invite. I know Misty had something planned this weekend. If anything changes I'll let you know.
    Thanks for the props.
Nice catch. I missed that, lol. ;)
