In case you were wondering where I got 2,149 lbs load capacity; I worked it "backwards" from oem sizes, load ratings and pressures.
    P 245/75/16/112 @ 32 PSI=2,172
    ISO 265/70/16/112 @ 30 PSI=2,149
    P 265/65/17/110 @ 29 PSI=2,149

LT tires are not derated for use on suv/trucks.
    So...
    2,149/1.1=1,954

WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!!!!!  (great question originally @Inferno_Taco)

So yea, I'm going to be very curious to see how these roll down I-95 at 80 mph on 37 psi. How they handle city potholes and RR tracks at 15-30 mph. But the true test will be this winter when I see how they handle the packed & unpacked snow/slush in Northern Harford County Md. My driveways are asphalt and steep.

Thanks again guys for the conversation. I love data! Especially correct/good data.

Don't post this in the wheel and tires section lol. There are tons of people (myself included) who are waiting for the next drop of Ray 10's. Not only that, but you've got gold ones? Those are like first edition Air Jordans hahaha.

Too funny! Actually these are the Limited Edition Brushed Copper (I hear another run is coming). The gold has more yellow in it. Blame my cell phone for the bad pic. All digital photos are different. here's a better pic.....teaser......

Man those ray 10s are sweet. the ride is definitely stiffer over stock tires but not bad. these are a higher load rating tire so will not ride as smooth. I went with these also since I didn't want to do the lift at this time. they fill pretty good like you say. good luck and will look sweet with those scs rims.

There's a lot to be said for black wheels too. I am a fan of them and especially with the SS bolts around the lip. I think your truck looks fantastic, but again, I am a little partial to that color.

Thanks, I am freakin' stoked about mating them up with the Inferno. Keep in mind, I am 55 years old so a modification like this should be the farthest thing from my mind. I've been a biker most of my adult life and have always been into cars, well, vehicles in general, so modding is in my blood.

I was super lucky to get ahold of a set of these (5 so I even have a spare). And it all happened out of the blue. A member here @SJaYx2P sent me a PM and asked if I was interested. I nearly choked. It took me all of about 5 minutes to decide. Naturally there was some trepidation on my part since it was so much money. The fact that he was over on the West coast and I am on the East coast didn't help. He was gracious enough to make it all legit and send me a invoice so I could use PayPal and agreed to ship them to a local FedEx mailing center so I could have them held there in case there was any shipping damage. it helped too that he works at a company that ships items regularly so he had the OEM shipping setup in place, meaning, the packaging was top notch. The whole deal freaked me out to say the least and now I am two days away from having them installed on these bad ass tires.

Seems crazy to buy a brand new truck and not only two months later you already have over 3k of mods into it.......but the wife is a big fan as well so I have nothing but debt to stop me. I think though, after this I may have to chill. I would like to finish it off by removing the 4WD badge off the tailgate and either removing the Tacoma badges off the doors or plasti dipping them in black.

Although, If I can get away without too much financial damage the last steps will be to replace the grill with a mesh one. I am in ga ga land over the @HomerTaco Ghost Raptor grill, but there isn't one for 16's and up yet. So I could go plain and go for some devil horns from @Andres at Diazfabrication.com

That's a great deal on the wheels. have you checked out dbcustomz grills? They make some nice ones. That's what I have. BAMF, ENVE and custom car grills have some options also. Nice to make them our own. It can get expensive but we love our trucks.

Here's a teaser. Heading out to my nephews bday party.....

    20170722_124032.jpg

Some of the tire psi's were under 30 LOL. Just raised them all to 37psi. The combination of the tires and wheels is so freakin sick! Mire pics to follow as soon as my phone charges up. I did have to remove the mud flaps not happy about that. Might try to mod the one that is rubbing.

More to follow after the party later tonight.

Wow! Those look awesome. Sucks about the mud flaps. rock bloks makes some nice flexible ones. hopefully the pressure will help. looks sick dude. congrats. I like my black methods but those look bad ass on the inferno.

Join this group if you haven't already. Some good info and members and post some pics of your truck.

@ChadsPride just had these installed. 285's but I'm curious what pressure he ended up going with.

Here are some more pics. Definitely sticking with 37psi. The ride is perfect. Thanks @splitbolt for the math.

Maybe when these need to be replaced I'll go with 285s and a 3" full lift setup. But I doubt it.
