Me being a limo, I need as much clearance as I can get. The transfer case is close to the middle of the truck, exactly where I need the most clearance. I would rotate the t-case if I could.

Same as you so you're saying you elevated the tcase skid closer to the actual t-case? I'm getting the reroute within the next few days. Just going to cut and lift the piece that drops below the cross member and weld back up. $120 I'm on a budget. o_O

I have 1/2" clearance between the skid and tcase

I wish VA had those prices. The shop I went to, quoted me $500.. Even RCI said that was a rip off

Mine was $60 to just tuck it up farther in, I had them put some more hangers on because i put a muffler on and they welded the muffler in and all for $93

Georges auto in manassas has done a few exhausts for me on the cheap. If you want top notch work, hit up whiteys automotive in chantilly.

I will have to take a look at it one day. I am pretty sure I am going to get a 1/4 of space between the skid and exhaust most likely 1/8 between exhaust pipe and heat shield.

Nothing says 10 days to TakeOver like a new IFS and Mid skid, some assembly required.
