    Louisville is installing a sonic detection system in the downtown area that "hears" gunshots and dispatches police to the location to investigate.

    As soon as it was brought on line, they announced LMPD was hiring an additional 120 police officers.

    75% of the murders in Louisville are "black on black" . that's from 17% of the population. There is the source of the problem. Not saying that in a racist manner. Just pointing out where corrective measures need to be applied.
