I'm looking to get new wheels and tires for an 09 DC long bed. With the price of tires for a 17 in rim being more expensive I'm thinking of going with 16 in rims with a 32 in (265/65/16) tire. I do have a couple of questions though. Will a 16 in rim fit without spacers? Also, will there be any rubbing on the control arms? I appreciate the info.

If you want a 32" tire on 16's, it's a 265/75/16, not 265/65/16. You can run 32's without rubbing on stock suspension.

Some, but not all aftermarket rims will fit in a 16" version. Many aftermarket 16's rub the brake caliper. It's best to search around here and find pictures of folks running the rims you want in a 16. That way you know that that particular rim will fit.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
BAM!!! x2...and u wont rub the UCA w/ 265s. just make sure u get the right backspacing. if u want it to stick out more, go 4.5" and if u want it to look more stock, go 5-5.5"
