I know Delrim is harder than poly, but thought they were noisier?

It's self lubricating, mine LCA bushings are Delrin, no noises so far. But I also have grease on everything.

I've never had a squeak from the poly bushings in my UCAs/LCAs. The uniballs on the other hand...:lalala:

It's only the lower uni-balls that make noise on mine, I think the brake dust eats them alive, and the uppers are clear.of that.

How many miles did you get out of it? Seems like I got a ton of miles from my old uca's before needing to replace them. I can't imagine what's gonna make noise first on the LT kit with heimed uppers and uniballs on uca's and lca's

About 20k miles on them at the time of Uniball failure. During routine maintenance/cleaning I noticed the movement in the Uniball. Apparently the PTFE liner decided to change zip codes. No squeaking from it prior to failure. Never used any lube on them. Just water to keep them clean.

Zero noise in my experience, yes harder and will transfer a few more road vibes but nearly bomb proof vs poly

True. I haven't had any issues with the royal purple synthetic, but it could be softening up the Delrin, and I probably wouldn't notice

hmm weird because the cam bolt sleeve is solid so no grease would get in to that and delrin does not use grease ? I wonder if they out the zirks in for people that swap to poly bushings maybe ?

That grease goes between the Delrin and the bolt sleeve, and between the Delrin and the LCA (based on where it squirts out).

I also have a grease fitting on my cam bolt, so I get grease between the bolt and sleeve, which is where the articulation happens.
