    Dang Anthony I'm sorry to hear this I'm sure it rightly scared the poop out of you. If you have Netflix watch a film called "Forks over Knives" it's a documentary about the power of a plant based diet. Normally I find these things boring but this was rather interesting it's being used as a treatment for heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. It's actually kinda interesting understanding the power of food on our bodies

    Oh my gosh Chris, my Son just shared with me he is trying the plant based diet modification last weekend. He was very apprehensive speaking to me due to the fact I love red meat. Not sure I will try this but good for him taking on a challenge. Another movie to watch is 'What the Health'.

    It's actually really interesting to watch a comparisson between 2 doctors doing studies wh didn't know they were woring on the same thing. I did it hardcore for 8 months and I didn't get the results I'd hoped for but I know personally others who have.

    Damn and whew both in the same breath. Glad your recovering well. Seems like more times than not they come out of the blue, physical shape and conditioning don't always play as big of a roll as often advertised. The one thing not open to debate anymore is stress. Stress can cause the most physiologically damage of all. Hug those grandkids and enjoy them I have heard it helps reduce stress. And don't ever do that heart attack shit again!

    He posted the scangauge I believe, I have the ultragauge but it is an older model. The Ultragauge blue can monitor trans temps but you have to use the cloud to download the module after punching in your VIN. Seeing how the blue is actually an app on your phone now not too hard to do. I like the dedicated screen of the ultragauge and use my phone for music.
