    My lot is like .22 acres so my bill isn't bad at all. Not to mention it isn't monthly. I think it rounds out to about 8 bills a year at like $49 each time which is very manageable.

    Glad I'm not the only one who puts off house needs for the truck. I need to replace the faucet in one of my bathrooms but I have 2 spare bathrooms so it's not important enough:rofl:

    My blinds in my new house cost $763 :annoyed: and I have been having to buy other things for yardwork...and by the time I recover from that it will be 1 year anniversary time :ballchain:

    Wow that is what I just went through almost exactly. Mine was a shed though instead of blinds. then all the mower, weed eater and all other yard thing. Then the anniversary. Glad to be past that few thousand :anonymous:
