That's about the only legit camp area on that trail. Most of the sites to see are past that location.

Where does one obtain said permit? And yes, it will be a clusterfuck. Wouldn't be camping if it wasn't

For example: My dogs are playing in the water. I'm trying to get there attention so I'm yelling at them. My gf is yelling at me to stop yelling at them. Meanwhile the ranger is showing up to check and see if we have a fire permit, which we definitely don't have. Time for another beer.

    Sounds like a party

    Going forsure?

    Dont be flaking homie

Instead of heading to eagles lake where u make a right, u turn left. Then all rights. Right along the river

Yea...the one that was destroyed and i had to rebuild last weekend. That one........

    Nonsense

Only seen rangers once. And i practically live there.

Had what appeared to be a swat team out once:anonymous:

@Fernando If your by yourself they tend to ask for one, with a group, they figure someone has one.
Besides, when they see you there, there more worried about other things.:D

I've had two rangers ask for my fire permit. I think one was last year and one was 2015. One asked about my water and shovel to put out the fire.
