Yep, that's exactly what I'm thinking. I wish I could get the "TRD" in grey, but trimmed in Red. Might have to search the bowels of eBay for some from China.

 

The f5's werent designed to use a center cap

Nah, I got these second hand from a member that went with a TRD center cap

 

Mine look the same way on the bottom corners but the flatter spots its smoother than i thought it would be. I totally remove the surround from the inner piece when i did too. Im guessing it was the angle i sprayed at or something.

 

I put 3 coats of glossifier on it after 5-7 coats of white. Why is the white textured but on other things I've sprayed the black on the finish is smooth?

 

After reading more posts I saw youd done the glossifier. It won't be smooth like paint but sholdn't be rough like sand paper. I would probably peel and redo it. If it's really hot or the tip is dirty both could contribute to this. I've had mine on over a year now and still doing fine.

So you know how I've been on crutches for three weeks due to surgery.... Yeah last night my crutch got stuck going down the stairs and I ended up arm first through a double pane window.... 19 stitches and a severely bruised pelvis, had to tourniquet my arm with the help of my girlfriend and drive to the er, doing fine now, my ass hurts more than my arm.

Haha yeah my luck man, I've been through worse, turns out cancer treatment makes your pain tolerance through the roof, didn't even feel the gash until it was time to stitch it up
