    That sucks. No idea about the Nashville store's ability to work on vehicles. They did have six bays full of vehicles on lifts though. Either they do good work or people are to dumb to know the difference (highly possible ha ha). The office staff has been very nice and helpful every time I've been there.

    Maybe they install lifts for the car dealerships? The one here does that. That's why front spacer lift and rear blocks adds $2400 to window sticker on the lot (true story).

    I have no doubt they do good work and are not good guys, but every time I've been in the show room, the sales guys don't help that much.... example: when i bought my strap, it took all of 2 minutes to find the strap and a shackle. I stood in front of the counter for somewhere around 6 or 7 minutes before i was acknowledged. Note: i was standing in front of a guy who was on the phone (not speaking) and a computer... i get that, but a no point did this dude look up and say anything along the lines of "I'll be with you shortly." Another guy comes out from the shop and helps me. If i wasn't in a pinch and need the strap, i would have walked out. Since then, i haven't been in there.
