Nice, I see you got the upgraded ridgeline 2.5's up front.

In all seriousness, how are you liking them. I only have the 2.0's up front

You should see the damage done on a 28' class c motorhome after a 8 mile trip up a desert wash board road at 15 -20mph just trying to get to a camp site

I wish my Taco had a bed cooler, other than that - they can keep the hideous Honda family truckster.

I like them a lot, they ride very well. But if I were to do it again I'd go with the 2.0 and save some $.

Well that's the road to test shocks. Worst road for the longest length I ever been on. Its not a 4-wd trail. The video they showed doesn't do it justice. It is not a 4-wd only road it is traveled by 2-wd trucks and cars all the time which really chop up the road. It eats up shocks and struts for breakfast. It good for testing how well you tie stuff down and how well everything is bolted together. It is a great area to explore in the spring and fall.

My wife drives a Ridgeline and loves it. It's the fancy model with the power sliding doors, I think they call it the "odyssey" trim or something.

I'm with you Stun Gun but maybe we shouldn't be so hard on these people who post their love of the Ridgeline trucklet. Sure we like our Tacomas and your wife has the special Odyssey edition Honda with those incredible sliding doors. Maybe some of these posters' "significant others" has a Ridgeline and they have had some special times in it so we should be more understanding. They could reminisce about those playful days in the park where he gets to lean waaay over to reach the wine coolers in the bottom of that fancy bed cooler. Oh, and let's not forget listening to their favorite music (George Michael, Wham, Thompson Twins, & Elton John, etc.) with those fancy speakers in the bed while butterfly watching....

Well when Hitachi makes the shocks for the 3rd gen (NOT TRD Pro) what else do you expect?

I hate on all the manufacturers for all their shortcomings, Honda for their shocks is not one of them. Toyota for their junky suspensions on the trucks and continuous issues with CV axles is definitely one of theirs.

The shocks on the Tacoma in the video were Bilsteins.
About the only advantage the ridge line has off-road is on washboard surfaces because of its independent suspension. Leaf springs and solid axles don't do very well on washboards.
