Not really much man. I just had a 12v plug routed to the truck bed and have it plugged in there. Works great. when im not using it, its plugged into the wall socket at home as designated beer fridge.

Nope I run my fridge off my main battery. The Indel-B fridge also has a cutoff, if it drains the battery past a certain voltage, it will turn off. But ive had the fridge run easily for 24 hours on the battery, and not letting the battery go under the 12.4 volts (high cut off). But i also dont leave the car parked for 24 hours plus usually, im usually driving around for 4-6 hours, then camping the remaining hours.

I do have to look into a solar system or dual battery. Might even do both.

Camper wired for solar but it's tiny so idk if room for it. It may have to go in truck after I get a topper for it so not sitting in the sun. Idk really I've got a lot of learning and figuring to do here. I have to figure power demands first formy cpap unit. Then move on from there

Alright y'all asked for it so here it is I took alot of pics of which I'll not post all here.We picked up our off road Micro camper a Tiger Moth to hopefully begin our overlanding adentures. It tows great even with the 4cyl, backs up really well even for a short trailer, and altogether tracks really well no bouncing or jerking at all very smooth.

Thanks now the work begins figuring out how to efficiently store everything. The eventual goal here is to be able to jsut throw food and clothes in and be gone for days

This is an ever evolving process. We got our camper storage solved and as we met with it we find that this fits better over there, or that needs to be omitted or a couple items can be replaced with just one multipurpose item.

Oh I'm sure and completely open to suggestions. We've been camping for years with the scouts and i the service I sure spent my time in tents but for us this is a whole new ball game. The onl real issue I see so far is the cooking area which I'm going to let her figure out. I've got a cab basket that's going on the thule bars for additional storage on the roof and with the storage inside i think I can get that part. i also figure there will deffinately be more added later with a shower, pottie, and solar panel

This is not an inexpensive solution but we love it. They all nest together into a nice small package. We added the colander and the omelette / wok pan, spare handle, and the star shaped separator pads since we do allot of bouncing around. Bought the induction capable versions because, well... Why not?

We've been treating this like a tiny house if that makes sense. Our stuff like collanders, dog bowls, mixing bowls, etc are all collapseable and lay flat. Other than that we've been trying to have items with multiple purposes when possible. And most stuff is scilicone so when we do bounce around it's all soft stuff. Having stuff that fits inside each other and stacks well is a deffinate god idea. We're only taking a couple hard pans and cast iron

Some of you wanted to know about the Hasika awning. I put it up today and was impressed. Good quality and pretty easy to setup even by yourself. It's designed to go over the rear of a truck cap or even off the side. It's multipositional by removing or adding sections to the poles and can even be set on the ground and pinned in place to use as an auxillary tent. Here's a few pics.

3 pole sections we found about perfect

    All 4 sections per pole

Or in case of a bad storm the poles can be removed still offering you protection to cook or lounge outside

More info in the camper build
