    Winner winner chicken dinner!

Underestimated the mass of these tires. Kinda pissed at the shop that did the CMC. I picked them because they told me they had done lots of tacomas. I told them I was going up to 35's and wanted as much gone as possible. They shaved off almost nothing. I wish I wasn't in a rush when I picked it up.

No big deal. I can still make them work just fine. Spent the evening cutting to make room for normal driving, both forward and reverse. When I ger her back from ECGS I'll get to hacking more so I can stuff them. On the bright side now I have some motivation to learn to use the welder that's been sitting in the garage for 4 months.

Pic shows the cutting I did tonight.

Your truck looks sick, did you have any issues with vibrations or anything? I have the parts for this exact lift coming in. And about how much of a lift in the front did this get you?

I told you to hit me up about the CMC....that might have been about 8 months ago at Jareds house :anonymous:

As the crow fly's, we live about a mile apart.

Ignore my mangled fenders, but I am 99.9% sure that before I long travel this truck, all I have left is a caster adjustment and 2" of fender cutting (prior to paint) and my 35's will fit just fine.

Nope. I do paint and body work at a local shop with what little free time I have. Fender flares on front are gone and the holes will be filled...when BFF made my HC rear I had it narrowed to account for the absence of the flares...35's are on hold until October-ish, but I have no doubts about fitment

I'm not the one that flew off to a 3rd world country Welcome back! We should get together and cut fenders, maybe do a little welding... I'll be up in Raleigh tomorrow getting 4.88 gears.

I dont mind the holes right now. My truck is well used at this point. I havent seen anyone else pull the flares, chop the fenders and fill the holes without putting the flares back on. Kind of excited. jberry813 is my motivation. I'm just doing something different. I'll probably regret it like I do everything else :cookiemonster:

Hahaha yea thats true. The sad part is I got back a week ago, I'm going on a cruise in August, and then off to a 3rd world shit hole again before the end of that month for at least another 30 days :der:

Im going the 4.56 route for front and rear...you and I wont be color twins for much longer either...plus I just got my Tepui, Im waiting on my BAMF bed rack and SOS sliders...lot of things happening and no time. My current front fenders are trashed so Im buying a new set, cutting them and then painting this entire land whale.

Will do. +3 is extreme for me with my intentions, but I think high cut factory fenders with 35's and +3 LT would be dope.

I'd do 4.56 if I was an auto, but I'm a 6 speed and heavy, especially when the CVT is up top. I did the BAMF rear shock relocate, added an OME AAL to my AllPro 3" leaf pack to add capacity for the RTT, put on a Prinsu rack and sound deadened the cab. Really tempted to throw in a +2" LT kit and glass

What color are you going to?
