Bung location is changed. But you could fix it locally by adding new bung rotated up. The original bung would be unusable. Both new bung locations are usable.

If they don't have the resources to be able to make a perfect product I don't think they should be charging the price of one. I've spent less for titanium exhausts. There's really no excuse.

Nice to see they are fixing everything, I think this has to be one of the best if not the best available Tacoma exhaust on the market right now. I just wish the power extractors didn't mess with the dash lights (CEL). I guess I could remove the dash light?

No, there's about an inch and a half clearance between the AT lines and the end of the sensor where the wires meet. I just posted a pic. The only issue I have was the rear tailpipe was about an inch too long and the hangers are strecthed a bit. Ill have to cut the tailpipe down a bit to make it fit perfectly but it's not a pressing issue right now.

I mean if you think the price is wack nobody said you HAD to buy it bro. It's not nearly as bad when you consider it's a full exhaust, NOT a catback, and that typically doubles the price of an exhaust like it does in this case. When you think about it it's the same price as both their y pipe, and the catback put together, except the design is better, the v band clamp in the middle is much higher quality, the tuning of the pipe is much better for our application, and for all of that it's only 100$ off the other setup. If you wanna bitch about prices let's talk about all the basic catback exhausts going for 4-700 dollars (cough cough magnaflow) making the market ridiculous for exhaust parts. At that point, it literally is just straight metal tubing so there's no justification there

Those $400-700 exhaust fit better than this system does. That's the point I'm making. If a $600 catback from magnaflow fits perfect (I had 2 on my 06) then you'd think a $1000 exhaust system would fit perfect?

Yes, nobody said I had to buy it. I wanted to. And I expected more from a part that cost a grand for my truck.

    1) I'd expect the same margin/chance of fitment error from any manufacturer, and having spent a good part of my life modifying vehicles I also understand this is a normal part of modding a vehicle. It just happens man
    2) Still not an apples comparison, because magnaflow is a huge company that makes and tests thousands of pipes which are all designed to comply with laws and be similar to OEM in fitment and function.
    3) URD is a relatively small company, and as such I would expect that this sort of thing is somewhat more likely because that is the nature of the beast when you dont have the scale to test on many different vehicles. There might be more of a margin for error, but good luck getting much help from magnaflow if youre unhappy. URD offers a superior product and Gadget will take care of you if you have any problems and make changes to the product to avoid future issues. To me, thats worth a lot more than the difference in cost between the two pipes.

It might fit better, but it performs worse and still doesnt even sound as good! Did Gadget tell you he wouldnt fix the pipe for you bro? In my experience dealing with him hes been a pretty stand up guy including shipping me a replacement short shifter at no cost and before I had even returned the original one when I got the wrong part. Thats about as good of customer service as I could possibly ever ask, sending me an extra part on credit, just to make sure things are good between us.

I planned my day to install and test this system. My day was ruined. I'm not a happy customer. I've bought a few things from URD in the past (intakes, Y pipe for tacoma, MAF calibrator, smaller SC pulley) and had zero problems. This was the most expensive purchase and it didn't work.

He knows about the problem and he said on the phone to "send me an email with pictures"

Im sorry that experience makes you feel that way man, that really is a bummer but unfortunately as I said before thats a normal part of modding a vehicle, best get used to it if you plan on doing anything more to your truck. Im not trying to be a dick, its just the way it goes man. I just took off a basically brand new sway bar because of fitment issues with my traction bar. Youre lucky because at least an exhaust can be resold if you really dont like it that much. That sway bar is pretty much a useless piece until I get all new hardware and mounts because everything is bent after running it for a while.

Also, side note, Gadget will still take care of you and make it right if you ask bro.

I agree. I just expected more for the price ya know? I usually buy the best of every product I can, which is why I didn't half ass this and go magnaflow muffler and Y pipe. I decided to get the @OVTune rather than shift sense.

That being said, I'm sure gadget will send me the pipe. But I want it now!

Yeah man I feel you, does seem like dollars aren't going nearly as far as they used to. I mean it always costs to be cool but nowadays it's getting pretty steep across the board
