What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Anybody know how much lift a 2nd gen would get from 2017 TRD Pro suspension? I found a set at a good price and it got my wheels turning..

 

This makes me wish I had my factory radio still.

Too hot for a real wash, sprayed it off at the place up the road from work on my lunch break. It was looking pretty nasty

 

i've heard 1", but i could be wrong

 

I think the Pro sits a little bit higher and would yield ~2" on a second gen

Although, I could be wrong!​

 

Should be 2" front lift, stock third gen gives us 1" and the pro is 1" higher than that...

1in for the regular TRD suspension. I'm guessing the Pro has about a 2in lift over it's 3rd gen brothers, so maybe the 3rd gen Pro suspension would be a 3in lift on a second gen?

As actually a set in the DFW area. My coworker down there sent me a screenshot since he knows I'm Yota crazy. $900 for front and rear, but now the add is gone.

Would have been a great deal! I was thinking of throwing the rear on mine since I haven't upgraded shocks yet.

 

Which jack did you get?

 

3ton Pittsburgh Low Profile with Rapid Pump. It was $95 last weekend.

 

Debadged the tailgate. Got 95% of the residue off, **somewhere** I have a brand new bottle of bug&tar remover that I would hope would help **if** I could find where I put it.

I haven't, I raised and lowered it twice after I unboxed it to make sure it worked. This weekend will be the maiden voyage along with the Jack stands I bought.
