    Lol. Mines brand new. I'm sure it'll get like yours though. Can I hose the Jack down when washing my truck or should I remove it

    Thanks for the info, I guess I've just never seen a jack labeled as "racing" that wasn't low-profile. I haven't really spent all that much time shoppng for jacks anyway.

    I used bottle jacks with my old 5-lug taco, and the one floor jack I owned got rendered halfway useless when I lowered my RX8 after selling the truck (the jack got stolen a few years ago and I didn't bother looking to replace it since the HOA in my building frowns on doing much work in the building. Haven't jacked the taco for any reason yet since I'm waiting till the engine's broken in before going off road, and I can crawl under the truck normally for any work/mods not involving the wheels or suspension (which I haven't thought about modding yet). Hoping to someday have a semi-permanent lift in a garage when I finally buy a house.
