    Just watch what you east especially sodium intake . my Doctor has me on low dosage blood press meds and told me to cut out caffeine and to really watch my sodium intake

    Whenever I was at my doctors for a check up my blood press was abnormally high and when at home blood press was within normal range . with me losing 35lbs at last visit and cutting out caffeine and watching sodium intake my blood press was normal range at the doctors and even lower at home

    My dad ate salt by the pound (heavily salted about every bite he ate) and had low blood pressure. Mom NEVER ate/added salt and always had high blood pressure. :notsure:
