    Meat cutter at a local Food Giant. I also do game processing(mostly deer but have done turkey sausage to) and taxidermy work on the side out of my shop. I would like to start my own business doing that but still young and building my reputation around a quality product. Nearly 100% if my business comes from referrals of pleased clients so I guess you could say I'm on my way.
