    No brewing today. Maintenance. 10 Kegs cleaned/sanitized/new o-rings.
    Dip tubes scrubbed. Silicon for the out posts, rubber for the in.
    3 Coke/pin locks converted to Pepsi/ball locks. Yeah baby! 2.5G minis in the bottom of the pic.

    New Beer fridge work. The GF's gave up the ghost a week or so ago.

    2009 Kenmore freezer, $50 on Craigslist. Mounting everything in/through the door. Johnson top right corner (doh!). We'll have to see if the low temp alarm works and annoys or not. 5 kegs and CO2 can fit inside and 2 racks of beer/bottles above.

    Beautiful! That's the way to do a kegerator.
    I haven't homebrewed since my last kegerator died, and I just can't stand bottling anymore. Starting to get the itch to go scour Craigslist for a fridge...

    One of the best I had. About 30 days old. One thing I like is the citrus. Many seem to have too much citric acid come through but this one is well balanced.

    The GF was saying it was past its prime. That is probably right. It didn't have the level of enamel removing sour you get from other gueze from Cantillon, but I remembered it as being reduced from the cognac anyways.
