No luck needed. If you screw up grilled corn, sell all your grills. It's that easy.

...you hesitate going any further than a couple miles from your front door so that doesn't surprise me! Stay away from all the vacationers on the weekend.

8 bucks at whole food for a smoked meat bowl. There was a couple more chunks on top but I was too hungry to wait. Got brisket and there's a spicy rice on the bottom. Not bad for the price.

Bad service, can't upload a pic. Burnt ends were awesome.

Looked like a good deal but really need to invest in a dedicated smoker.

Or $80 less for the 14.5"...

    I'd go 18" though.

5# of ribs tomorrow with my 14.5" with the spiral (?) method so I don't have to cut them.

And this is our city water tower.

The water tower to the left is for the Seneca Food plant. Which handles all that sweet corn that comes into town, including up from Iowa.

My favorite method of cooking corn is soaking it in a lake for hours then throwing them directly into the coals of a camp fire. We used to do that growing up in burlap sacks, in Lake Seneca, one of the finger lakes in NY State. Been a long time since I've seen a burlap sack they are all plastic now.

Rick IIRC you already have a kettle grill. So as mentioned the 18" WSM would be a better fit for a dedicated smoker IMO. Especially for only a little bit more money. I've been looking to pick up another 18" WSM for a while now to use as a dedicated fish smoker. If I see one on sale someplace will let you know. They don't go on sale at most places very often but hoping it happens soon.
