@ProForce the TC site states that 1.25" wheel spacers are required. Do you have those installed?

@ProForce sorry about pointing out the obvious....but it should be easy to get under the truck and see what is stopping the wheels from turning. It literally has to be touching something, whether it's the steering stops(at least what's left of them) or the tires touching something, it should be right in those 2 spots....make sure you check the front and back of the steering stops at full lock...or as far as the wheel lets you turn it. A picture of the rear steering stops could help us. As @glorifiedwelder welder said the rest looks good.

My entire body hurts lol. Not sure of its from wrenching, swimming afterwards, or both lol

No spacers, i thought that was required just for clearence reasons. With my spindles and wheel backspace my wheels are already out atleast 1.25" so i figured it wasnt necessary.

Ill get under there in a bit and figure out whats hitting exactly and get more pics.

@ProForce Just took a look at the TC install instructions. It seems that you may not have Ground down your steering stops enough based on your pictures as compared to the TC instruction pictures.

The front steering stops can definitely use some more grinding based on what i just looked at too. However the back of the knuckle hits before the front does. Theres only so much to take off though. Here are pics

Yeah. But the steering knuckle would be in the same positron regardless of the spindle wouldn't it?

the lower spindle mount to the LCA is a little different.

See how much more room my OEM spindles have at the lower point? I think thats where you're running into your issue. When on stock spindles its not hitting that huge upper mount where the nut is at where it "sandwiches" the LCA mount.

Yours looks way different. Aside from the axle lol, you seem to have a lot more room. Is that the lowers i bought or your LT ones? I see what you mean about the lower part of the spindle that sandwiches the steering knuckle, but if tou see in this picture the lca is being stopped by the steering knuckle only and isnt touching the spindle. Im no mechanic but it seems that even with a stock spindle the area thats touching would still be in the same spot. And since the back is what hits first, i can only grind so much. Im so lost on this. It doesnt seem to make much sense. My angles look a lot different though.

Dude the lower mount on the spindle is a sandwich style. Stock is bolted to the bottom. It looks a lot different because it IS. That's the issue here. They're the same arms for Tacoma and 4runner. You're looking for a reason and not seeing it's your spindle.

From what I see in you picture is that the two bolts (right and left) that attach to the spindle through those tabs are what causing the problem. On the above pic from the other truck with stock spindle those tabs aren't there to get in the way as the attach to the bottom of that spindle. On the max Trac that where the abs line went.

Looks like max Trac spindles or lca's for sale. Can't have both apparently.
