The Goodyear wrangler tires off the TRD wheels are sold already. Keeping my Toyo AT 2s and the old wheels are for sale for $200. I know the Wranglers are a better tire but I had to sell them in order to afford the wheels. The previous owner was not willing to separate.

Since I couldn't verify what the stock tint percentage I had on the rear doors and windshield I put on limo tint on the rear doors and 35% on the front. Drove around at night and realize can't see shit out the rear doors. Will have to get the rear window tint 35% as well, or maybe 70%.

Installed all the cruise control components, went oem, and removed the crapped out aftermarket system. HELL YEAH!!

Next will be the tune up and ball joints. Hopefully that should be good enough to make it road worthy while I work on my civic.

Take it to AutoZone and have them cut you the amount you need, it is just a rubber line, might cost $10

There's no hard and fast rules for auto tranny OD lockout. You have a feel for your tranny I'm sure, if you feel it going in and out of lockup or 4th a lot then lockout overdrive. With the 3RZ and auto combination that might be often as most inclines seem to make it struggle and weight will affect it quite a bit.

Yup sure did. The savings of using big box bulk hose wasn't going to make or break my budget. I knew that buying OEM I wasn't going to have to stand in line and deal with the mouth breathers at some big box auto-part store. Not everything in life is a price point purchase.

Vacuum line is easy, don't bother with OEM and the massive markup for a line that's already been sitting around for a while (rubber does expire), just buy a multipack of sizes online. Costs practically nothing for quality EPDM rubber line. I just keep three 50' boxes of the common sizes around, end up working on too many 80s cars haha.

That's exactly what did when I got my 99 2.4L last, year. I went into my area Advance Auto Parts told the parts guy to take me to the vacuum tubing rack. I had him cut 8ft or so of each size and when I was done I had just about used it all

Replaced NAPA lower ball joints I was running temporarily with OEM ball joints. The one on the far left is a 4Runner lbj for comparison. I liked the zerk fitting on the napa joints, and they held up to jumping the truck, but changed back to OEM for peace of mind.IMG_0050.jpg

There's no point in being mad about it. If buying chiwainmexacanese bulk hose from the dim bulbs at Autozone works for you than have at. I wasn't about to try and cut the sleeves off my old hose and take the chance that all the mounting and spring clamps wouldn't fit because the O.D. is wrong. Plus the factory hose is lightweight and supple, break the nipple or mounting rubbers off the VSV trying to make other shit work and you're out $135 replacing that part.

I'm just not rich enough to experiment or do something twice anymore. Yet I'm humble enough to admit that I should have never bought those Centric/Stop Tech rear brake shoes for half the cost of OEM ones. A good part of the O.E. aftermarket parts business is in a race to the bottom to build it as cheap as possible with very little thought as to the end user.

TRD Off Road sticker. Not the whole package, just the sticker.
First post on this thread. Tell me what you guys think. In the process of a 4wd conversion on my 02 prerunner. Went with manual locking hubs but the ones I bought were missing the the inner and out gasket. Someone had also spray painted the hubs black and it just really bothered me. So i painted them while i had them apart putting in the gaskets. Went with the old school asisn hubs look.
