    That's the way things are.. never a slow night, Ed always swamped. Never census managed, no resource nurse, never enough techs, ahead travel nurses.. but it pays the bills, and I get to help people.

    Truth. They had to call someone in to get people out of the ED. I love travelers and our csso nurses. For the most part our night crew work well together. We didn't slam them with all the admissions either.
