Thanks! I thought about using it, but opted for the more matte look and didn't use it.

I did my grille and lower bumper last week! I want to do the flares when I have time. Eventually this will all be replaced with factory trd OR parts.

I kind of want to do the wheels but I'm thinking I'll just swap them for something else as I don't really like the style much.

I have a question for plastidip gurus. Is it Ok to spray plastidip on top of, let say, month old already cured dip (derp, lol)? Or do I have to peal old, and then start from scrach?
I might have mentioned here 3rd Gen Plastidip thread tgat I like Rustoleum color, well, I was referring to the Graphite one. It almost seems that "Flat Black" Peal Coat is looking dark grey... Not sure if Plastidip brand looks tge same though.

I was taking some photos today ( a member asked for some) and started to notice it. I might be going crazy, but, is flat black supposed to look like that?

So I have a question... I just dipped parts of my dash blazing blue and used glossifer. 5 coats of blue and 2 gloss. I went light on first 3 coats of blue but it didn't seem to have much a blue color also I think there was something wrong with the nozzle because it seemed to spray odd and didn't seem to spray evenly. So went a little heavier on next 2 coats.

Finished last gloss coat last night 7/22 about 5:30pm. Has been drying in 70-80 degree since and is got a rubbery almost tacky feel though no residue comes off no finger prints left when handling, and is currently 1:15pm on Say
    Saturday.

Is this how it will be or will it need more time to cure/dry?

But here it is done and put back.

Dipped those ugly fake chrome bumpers. Looks good, just need to hit a couple spots again that I screwed up and didn't test spray first and the dreaded splatter hit the bumper.

Couldn't help myself between coats and did my key fab too :)

nice job there... good luck with longevity. i just did the whole pinch weld all around on my white truck, then took her 2500mi up through the Rockies and a bunch of trails... held up perfectly so far but i haven't washed her yet.

    What a fun truck!
This works really well. It keeps the product from getting all clumpy. I do this every time I dip.

The rubbery feel is there to stay. The tackiness (I take this to mean sticky) will go away too. Not sure how it will hold up on a hot day though. Truck interiors can go up to over 100 degrees even on an 80 degree day.

The plasti dip on my emblems are coming off around the edges. Is it ok to just re spray over the exiting?

it takes no effort to peel the old first, so just start fresh. the old undercoat will continue to peel and take your new coat with it.

Derped the chrome bezel ring around the grill. Matches perfectly
